The property is a local landmark known as the Freret Willeford House, one of the five Freret Sisters built circa 1865 by a famed architect named William Freret.
It has been restored by the present owner with features including a custom kitchen with a wine refrigerator, 2 high efficiency HVAC systems, alarm system and attention to preservation details such as restored plaster moldings, wood and iron work.
